Essar Const. Ltd

Essar Const. Ltd is right here in Akota, at E/4 in Saptagiri Society. We are pretty much across the street from the Taj Hotel, so it’s easy to find us if you are driving down Akota Road. It’s a busy part of town, and there is always something going on outside our windows. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where we get our paperwork done and meet with people about building projects. We spend a lot of our time out at sites, but this is the home base where the planning happens. Some days it’s quiet, and other days it feels like everyone is talking at once over the sound of traffic. The society itself is an older one, which we like because it feels settled. There is a little bit of dust on the shelves sometimes from all the files we keep, but that’s just how it is in construction. People drop by sometimes just to ask about a project or to drop off some supplies. We have been in this spot for a while now, so the neighbors all know who we are. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans going and keep at it until the sun goes down. It’s just us working through the daily tasks, trying to keep everything organized and making sure the jobs stay on track without too much fuss.
