We are located at B-4/4 in Venus Society, which is right near Sardar School on Ajwa Road. If you are in Vadodara, you probably know the area well. It’s a mix of houses and small businesses. Being near a school means we hear the bell ring several times a day and the kids shouting during their breaks. It keeps the atmosphere lively. Emco Dynatorq has been here for years, and we’ve become a part of the neighborhood. Our office is inside the society, so it feels very personal. We know the security guards and the families living in the next blocks. We do mechanical work, focusing on brakes and clutches, so there’s always some grease and heavy parts being moved around. It’s not a quiet library. The guys are always discussing torque and measurements in the workshop area. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or a big HR department. It’s just us. We hire local people who know their way around a machine. Sometimes we have a little celebration if someone has a birthday, usually with some local sweets from the shop around the corner. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We are just a small company in Gujarat making sure our customers get what they ordered. It’s a straightforward life with a lot of hard work and very little drama.
