Electrodeal

Our shop, Electrodeal, is located at 202/203 in the Fatehsagar Complex. We’re right across from the Convent School in Fatehgunj, so we see the parents and kids coming and going every morning and afternoon. It’s a lively area to be in. The complex has been around for a while, and our units are pretty easy to find once you get inside and head up. We’ve got a lot of stuff packed into these two rooms. It might look a bit messy to an outsider, but there’s a system to where all the parts and gadgets are kept. Most of our time is spent talking to people who drop in with questions or looking for something specific. We don't have a big marketing budget or fancy displays. The shelves are just plain metal, and the lighting is just standard office tubes. We think it’s better to focus on the items we have rather than how the store looks. We’ve been in Fatehgunj for a long time, and we know many of the other shop owners in the complex. It feels like a little community here. We aren't trying to be some huge chain store. We just want to be the place where people can find what they need without a lot of hassle. If we don't have something, we usually know who does. It’s just an honest, local business where we try to be useful to the neighborhood and keep things simple for everyone.
