Digital Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is over at 201, Laxmigopal Building, right across from Badamdi Baug in Dandia Bazar. Our office is on the second floor. It is a bit of an old building, so you might notice the stairs are a little narrow when you come up. We have been working from this spot for quite a while now. The area around Dandia Bazar is always crowded, but we like being in the middle of everything. Inside the office, things are pretty simple. We have our desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of chemical catalogs. We don't go in for fancy decorations or anything like that. Most of our day is spent on the phone or filling out shipping forms. Sometimes the noise from the street gets a bit loud, especially during the festivals, but we just close the windows and keep working. We are a small team and we have known each other for years. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in the small back room. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a place where we do our business. We try to be helpful to anyone who calls with questions about their orders. Dealing with chemicals means we have to be careful with the details, so we spend a lot of time double-checking our lists. It’s a lot of routine work, but it suits us just fine. We just focus on getting the chemicals where they need to go without making any fuss about it.
