Diamond Bag Center

Diamond Bag Center is right on the main road in Gopipura. We are situated exactly opposite the Dena Bank, so most people use that as a landmark to find us. This area, Dabhoi Vadodari Bhagol, is usually packed with people and traffic. It is a very lively spot to have a shop. We have bags of all sorts piled up inside. School bags, travel gear, small purses, you name it. It can get a bit messy because we try to fit a lot into a small space, but that is just how it is. We have been here a long time and seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The bank across the street has always been there, though. We get a lot of foot traffic from people going to the market or the bank. It is loud outside most of the day with the horns and people shouting. We don't mind it. It feels like the heart of the city. We don't do anything fancy with the shop. Just some racks and hooks to show what we have. People come in, look around, and usually find something they like. We aren't big on talking ourselves up. We just show the bags and let people decide. It is a simple business. We open up early and stay late until the crowd thins out. Sometimes the dust from the main road gets into the shop and we have to wipe everything down.
