Our business, Dhanlakshmi Phoschem, is based in Gidc Nandesari. If you know the industrial area, you know it’s a place where everyone is focused on production and hard work. We aren't in a fancy office building with elevators and glass walls. Our setup is right there in the middle of the Gidc, where all the action is. It’s often dusty and noisy around here, but that’s just the nature of being in Nandesari. We handle a lot of different tasks related to our products throughout the day. It’s mostly technical stuff, and we have a small crew that knows the ropes. We don't have a marketing department or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure everything is shipped out from the Gidc on time. Sometimes the logistics can be a bit of a headache, especially when the roads get blocked up with big trailers. But we’ve been here long enough to handle it. We know our neighbors in the industrial estate and we all pretty much look out for each other. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of environment. We show up, do the work, and go home. There aren't any big secrets to how we run things. We just keep our equipment running and try to stay on top of the daily schedule.
