Devam Clinic

People usually find us here in Alkapuri without much trouble. Devam Clinic has been around this part of Alkapuri for a good while, and we just keep things moving as best as we can every day. It’s a simple place, really. I wouldn't say there is anything fancy about the building or the way we set things up inside. We have the usual chairs for waiting and the rooms where we see people. It gets a bit noisy sometimes because the street is busy, but you get used to that after a few weeks of working here. We mostly deal with neighbors and people who live close by. It’s nice seeing the same faces. Sometimes the door sticks a bit when it's humid, and the light in the back hallway flickers if you don't hit the switch just right. That’s just part of being in an older spot. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about how everything looks as long as we can do our jobs. Most days are pretty much the same. We open up, check the list, and start seeing whoever comes in. It’s a practical way to run things. Alkapuri is a busy enough area that there is always something going on outside. We just stay focused on what’s happening inside these walls. It is a local clinic for local people, and that is about all there is to it.
