Delta Colourchem Ind. is located at B-5 in the Shankar Patel Estate, which is part of the Manjusar area in Savli. It’s a bit of a drive out into the industrial part of the district, but that’s where all the real work happens. The estate is full of different units, and we’ve been at this particular spot for quite some time now. Our day starts early here because the logistics of being in Savli require some planning. We handle a lot of chemical work, so the environment is very focused on safety and getting the mixtures right. It’s a practical workspace without any extra frills. The office part is just a small corner where we handle the billing and the paperwork. Most of the time, the team is out on the floor making sure the processes are running like they should. It gets pretty quiet out here in the evenings once the other factories close up. We don't really do much in the way of advertising; most people find us because they know we are in the Shankar Patel Estate. It’s a hard-working atmosphere where everyone knows their role. We deal with some long hours sometimes, especially when there’s a big order to get through. It’s just honest, local industrial work that keeps us going in this part of the country, and that is what really matters to us most.
