Davenport Ablaze Architects

We are set up at 215/A4 on Padra Road. Davenport Ablaze Architects is the name we use. The office is on a busy stretch, so there’s a lot of car noise during the day. We’ve gotten used to it though. Our space is filled with a mix of old drafting tables and newer computers. We do a lot of work that involves both drawing and technical planning. It’s a small group of us here. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background, mostly news or some local music. Padra Road is easy for people to find, which helps. We spend a lot of time arguing over small details in the plans. It’s all part of the job. The carpet is a bit worn out in the spots where we roll our chairs back and forth. We don't have a fancy coffee machine, just a basic kettle in the back room. We do our own filing and our own cleanup. It keeps things simple. If someone calls, one of us just picks up the phone. There’s no complicated system. We just like building things and making sure the drawings are accurate. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we catch up eventually. It’s just a regular workday here on Padra Road. We stay focused on the tasks in front of us and try to get things done without too much talk.
