Our place is at 16, Nilkanth Society, which is right on the Nalanda Tanki Road. If you know Baroda, you probably know the area behind Shrirang School on Waghodiya Road. It is a residential neighborhood mostly, so it is quite calm compared to the main city center. Being in Gujarat, the summers get really hot, so we usually have the fans going all day while we work. The office is basically just a room in the society where we handle the day-to-day tasks. It isn't a huge setup with lots of employees. It's more of a personal space where we keep our files and take care of business. Sometimes the neighbors come by or kids are playing outside in the society lane while we are trying to get things finished. It feels more like a home than a stiff office building. We've been at this address for some time now and most people in the locality know where we are. We don't have fancy signs or anything like that. We just focus on the work that comes in and try to stay on top of it. It’s a simple life here in Baroda. We go through a lot of tea and just keep moving through the pile of things on the desk. It’s not flashy, but it works for us and the people we deal with.
