If you're looking for Compack Pvt. Ltd., we're located in the G.I.D.C. Waghodia area of Baroda. Our units run from No. 208 all the way to 231. It’s a fairly large stretch of space, which helps when we have a lot of materials coming in at once. Waghodia is a bit of a drive from the main part of Baroda, but it’s where all the industrial action is. We spend most of our time in the warehouse or on the loading docks. There isn't much in the way of air conditioning in the main work areas, so it gets warm, but we're used to it. The team here is like a small family; most of us have been working in these units for years. We don’t have any slick brochures or a dedicated person for answering the phone with a script. When you call, you just get one of us. We might be a bit out of breath if we've been moving things around, but we'll get the info for you. We focus on the daily tasks of packing and organizing. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s what we know. We try to keep the place organized, though with so many units, something is always being moved somewhere else. It’s just the way it goes here. We make it work somehow.
