Our office is up on the 3rd floor of the Orient Business Centre in Sayajigunj. It is a decent spot, right in the middle of everything, which makes it easy to find but hard to park near sometimes. Comed Chemicals has been operating out of here for a good bit now. We spend most of our time dealing with orders and checking on production schedules from our desks. The office is not anything special to look at—just a bunch of desks, some old filing cabinets, and a coffee machine that works whenever it feels like it. The people here are a mixed group. Some are quiet, some talk a lot, but everyone knows what they are supposed to be doing. Sayajigunj is a pretty lively area, so there is always something happening outside the windows to look at. We try to keep things simple and avoid making things more complicated than they need to be. It is a chemical business, so there is naturally a lot of focus on numbers and safety protocols. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just focus on the daily tasks. If you come by, you will probably see someone sorting through piles of papers or on a long phone call with a supplier. It is just a normal day-to-day operation for our team. We have been in this business long enough to know that being consistent matters more than being flashy.
