We are based in Chhani. Cogent E Services Pvt Ltd is just a local place where we come to work every morning. Chhani is a decent area, not too crowded but enough is going on to keep us on our toes. We don't have a giant skyscraper or anything like that. It's just a practical office space where we sit down and get through our tasks. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know how things go. It's a pretty relaxed atmosphere, even when we have a lot of work piled up. We aren't big on meetings or long presentations. We just talk across the room and figure things out. It feels more natural that way. The office is close to where most of us live, which makes life easier. We’ve got the usual coffee machine that works when it feels like it and a lot of computers. We do our service work and try to stay organized. It’s not a fancy tech startup vibe, just a regular group of people doing a regular job. We like the local shops nearby for lunch. It’s a good community to be part of. We don't really look for attention. We just do what needs to be done and try to do it right the first time. It is a bit noisy sometimes when the windows are open, but we are used to the sounds of Chhani by now.
