Chhatradhari Gupta Pasi

If you head down to the Makarpura Sion Trombay Road, you’ll find us tucked away behind the bus depot. We are quite close to the Ayodhya Township area too. Chhatradhari Gupta Pasi is the name on the door. It’s a small operation, really. We don't have many employees or a big fleet of cars. Most of the time, it's just about managing the daily tasks that come with being near a busy transit hub like the bus depot. There’s always the sound of engines and people shouting for the next bus. It’s a bit chaotic, but we’ve grown to like it. Our space is functional. We have a desk, some chairs, and a lot of patience. Working near Ayodhya Township means we see a lot of the local community passing through. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or promises. We just handle the business at hand. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but we just wait it out. It’s not a polished life. We get our hands dirty and we make sure the work is finished. The road outside can get very congested, so we've learned to plan our movements carefully. It’s a practical way of living. We’re just local people doing a job in a busy part of town. That’s the long and short of it for us here.
