Our place is at Tower R 003 in Shree Nand Nagar. It’s right on the Chhani-Sokhda Road. If you come by, you’ll see rolls of bubble wrap and stacks of brown cardboard boxes everywhere. Packing is a tiring job. We spend all day wrapping glassware and taping up heavy cartons. The sound of the tape dispenser is basically the soundtrack to our lives here. We started doing this in Chhani because people were always moving and needed a hand with the heavy stuff. It's not just about boxes, though. We have to figure out how to fit everything into a truck without things breaking. Sometimes we get pretty tired after lifting furniture all day. The office part is just a small desk where we write down the addresses. We don't have a big corporate fleet, just our reliable crew. Chhani-Sokhda Road is a busy route, so we are always coming and going. We don’t use any high-tech gadgets, just good old-fashioned muscle and plenty of packing tape. It’s honest work and keeps us busy from morning till night. Most of our customers are just people from the neighborhood moving a few blocks away or sometimes further out. We just show up, pack the stuff, and get it moved. It isn't always easy, especially when there are no elevators in the buildings, but we manage to get the boxes up and down somehow.
