Our office is on the second floor of the Maruti Complex, which is SF-13 if you are looking at the directory. We are right on Chhani Road, very close to where the Military Boys Hostel is. You can often see the students walking back and forth outside while we are working. The complex itself is quite old and the stairs are a bit steep. We have a small space filled with desks, samples, and stacks of invoices. It’s not much to look at, but it’s where we do all our business. Most of our day is spent on the phone or responding to inquiries about various parts and supplies. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been working together for years. The ceiling fan in the main room has this rhythmic clicking sound that we’ve just learned to ignore. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs is too busy, so we make our own coffee on a little electric heater in the corner. Chhani Road is always noisy with cars and bikes, so we usually keep the windows shut to get some peace. It’s a practical setup for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy showroom. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure the paperwork is correct. It’s a simple life in a busy part of the city, and we like it that way.
