Chemshells

Chemshells is located at 336/9 in the GIDC Makarpura Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial zone like this means we are surrounded by all kinds of manufacturing and warehouses. It's a place where people wear boots and get their hands dirty. We’ve been operating from this spot for a long time. The building is functional, designed for work rather than looking good. There’s always the smell of materials in the air and the sound of machines or trucks loading up nearby. It’s a busy environment and we are right in the middle of it. Our team is small and everyone knows their job. We don't have a big HR department or fancy meetings. If something needs to be discussed, we just talk about it on the floor or over a quick cup of tea in the back. Working in Makarpura means you deal with the heat and the dust, but you also get to be part of a community of makers. We don't go for flashy presentations or corporate speak. We just focus on the orders we have and making sure they get out on time. Most of our neighbors are doing the same thing. It's a practical, no-nonsense way to spend the day. We value the fact that people know they can just come to the estate and find us if they need something. It’s about being reliable and showing up.
