Chemisight Resin Technologies

Nandesari Village is where you’ll find us, specifically at Plot No. 160/7 inside the G.I.D.C. Estate. This whole area is dedicated to industry, so there’s always the sound of machinery and the smell of chemicals drifting through the air. Our facility for Chemisight Resin Technologies isn't very large, but we use every inch of the space. We work with resins, which can be a bit sticky and messy if you aren't careful. Most of us wear old clothes that we don't mind getting ruined. The estate is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, with trucks constantly backing in and out of tight spaces. We have a small laboratory area where we check things, but mostly it’s just production and storage. The floors are concrete and have been stained over the years. It gets incredibly humid here, especially during the monsoon season when the water pools up near the entrance. We try to keep things moving as efficiently as we can. It’s not a glamorous job by any means. We spend a lot of time checking gauges and moving drums around. The local tea stall is just a short walk away, and that’s usually where we congregate during our breaks to talk about the day. It’s a tight-knit community here in the G.I.D.C., and everyone is just trying to get their work done and keep things running smoothly without too much fuss.
