We are located at D-34 in the Sardar Estate on Ajwa Road. This area is mostly industrial, so there are a lot of workshops and warehouses around us. Chemcon Speciality Chemicals has been here since we needed a space that could handle our specific type of work. The estate is usually buzzing with activity, especially in the mornings when everyone is starting their shifts. Our unit isn't very large, but we’ve organized it to make the most of the floor space. We have our small office area in the front and the storage and handling area in the back. Ajwa Road is a main artery, so it’s easy for trucks to find us, which is important for what we do. The summers here get pretty intense, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders; we care more about whether the inventory is correct. Most of the guys here have been working in this estate for years. It’s a hardworking environment without any of the fluff you see in big city offices. We just do our bit, manage the chemical supplies, and make sure everything is packed up and ready for transport on time. It takes a lot of coordination, but we’ve got a system that works for us.
