Chandrakant R Griglani is located at B 12 in Guru Apartment, which is in the Pratap Nagar area. It is a bit different running things out of an apartment building rather than a big office block, but it works for us. The building has been there for a long time, and you can tell by the way the stairs look. We’re on the B block side. It’s usually pretty quiet during the middle of the day when everyone else is out at their own jobs. Pratap Nagar has changed a lot over the years, getting more crowded and noisier, but Guru Apartment stays mostly the same. We have our routine here. The light comes in through the window in the morning, and that’s when we get most of the heavy lifting done. There aren't any big signs outside, just the door and the number. It’s a small space, but we have everything we need to keep things moving along. Sometimes the neighbors pop by just to say hello, which is the nice thing about being in a residential spot. It doesn't feel like a cold business environment. It feels like a place where real work happens without all the extra fuss. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just come up the stairs and find us at B 12. It’s straightforward and honest. We like the pace of things here. It suits the way we do things, and we’ve gotten used to the quirks of the building over the years.
