We are located in Jay Jalaram Nagar Society, right behind Mother's School on Gotri Road. Our unit is B/25. It’s a fairly quiet part of Baroda, which is nice when we’re trying to focus on our logistics paperwork. Being near a school means we hear the bell ring a few times a day, and the streets get busy when the kids are leaving. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s just a lot of desks pushed together and shelves full of folders. We deal with the 390021 area mostly, but we handle stuff going all over. It’s a lot of checking lists and making sure the numbers match up. We don't have a corporate handbook or a dress code. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for the Gujarat heat. Sometimes we get together to celebrate a birthday with some local snacks from the market nearby. It’s a very grounded workplace. We don't make big promises we can't keep. If a truck breaks down, we just tell the customer and try to fix it. That's how we’ve always done things here. We like being part of the local community and knowing the faces of the people who live in the society. It makes the work feel a bit more personal than if we were in a big glass tower in the city center.
