Bright Cold Retreads

Bright Cold Retreads is located over in Hoysala Nagar, specifically on the 3rd Main at the 16th Cross. We're in the Ramurthy Nagar area, not too far from Cargo Motors. If you’re looking for us, Ranoli is the general spot. We spend our days working on tires that have seen better days. It’s messy, smelly work with all the rubber and heat, but it’s what we do. People bring in their old truck or car tires, and we see if they can be fixed up for more miles. It saves them money compared to buying new ones. The shop is usually full of black dust and the sound of machines. We aren't a big factory, just a local workshop. Sometimes we have a pile of tires waiting outside that we need to get to. The guys here have been doing this for years, so they know which tires are worth saving and which ones are junk. We don't have a fancy waiting room. Most people just drop their stuff off and come back later. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially near the machines. We just keep our heads down and work through the pile. It’s a straightforward business. We try to be fair with the prices. It’s not glamorous, but tires are always wearing out, so there's always something for us to do. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things lively while we work on the tread.
