Bonbardier Transport (I) Ltd (On Contract For Lobo Staffing

Our spot is located at 78 Ambica Dham Society, right on Vadsar Road in the G.I.D.C area of Baroda. It’s an industrial part of town, so there is always something going on nearby. We work here through a contract with Lobo Staffing, mainly focusing on transport-related stuff. The office is inside a regular society building, so it feels quite local. We aren't a huge operation with hundreds of people in this specific branch. It's mostly just a few of us making sure the staffing and transport schedules align. The G.I.D.C area can be quite dusty with all the construction and factories around, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking schedules on our monitors. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when shifts change or a transport plan gets delayed. We just try to keep things organized. It’s practical work that needs doing. Most of the people who come by are workers or drivers checking in. We have a few chairs for visitors and a teapot that’s usually going. It’s a humble setup in Gujarat. We don't put on any airs about what we do. It’s just about getting the job done day by day. Vadsar Road is a familiar place for us now. We know the tea stalls and the rhythm of the industrial estate quite well.
