Our office is at 77 in the Suryakiran Complex on Old Padra Road. This part of Vadodara is usually quite busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. The complex is an older building, and we have been in this particular spot for some time. Inside, the setup is pretty basic. We have a few desks and a small area where we keep the records. It is not the kind of place you see in a magazine; it is just a working office with cables running along the walls and stacks of ledgers that need filing. The staff usually arrives around ten, and we start with a round of tea from the guy downstairs. Old Padra Road has changed a lot since we started, with more shops and cars every year, but our little corner remains much the same. We spend our hours answering emails and talking to people who need parts or help with their equipment. Sometimes the electricity goes off for a bit, so we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, not too much pressure, as long as the work gets done by the end of the day. We don't really do much in the way of marketing or big presentations. Most people who know us just come by or call. It’s an honest way to spend the day, and we like the familiarity of the neighborhood.
