Bhoomi Clinic

Bhoomi Clinic is located at G/1 in the Shivalik Complex. We are right on the Main Road in Asoj. It’s a ground-floor unit, so it’s very easy for everyone to just walk right in from the street without climbing stairs. The complex has a few other businesses, but we are right at the front where everyone can see us. The clinic is basically two rooms. One is for waiting and the other is where we see the patients. We have some plastic chairs in the front which are easy to wipe down. There’s a small desk where we keep the register and a pen that’s usually tied to a string so it doesn't walk away. We see all kinds of people here, from farmers to shopkeepers to school kids. Most people come in because they have a cold or a cough or just feel run down. We keep a stock of basic medicines and bandages in the back cupboard. It’s a very local feel here. Sometimes neighbors just stop by to say hello or ask a quick question even if they aren't sick. The street outside is dusty, so we have to clean the glass doors every morning. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; it’s just us in our regular clothes. The lights are a bit dim in the back, but we have a good lamp for when we need to look at something closely. It’s a practical, no-nonsense place for the people of Asoj 391745.
