Cafe Lasse Wood

We set up Cafe Lasse Wood right near Navrachana International School in Bhayli. It seemed like a good spot since there are always parents and students walking around. We spent a lot of time getting the wood decor looking okay. It gives the place a certain feel that we really like. It’s not a huge place, but there’s enough room to sit down and have a drink or something to eat. We usually open up in the morning and keep things going until the evening. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when school lets out, but we don't mind the energy of the kids. The staff here are mostly local folks who know the neighborhood pretty well. We try to keep the menu straightforward. Nothing too complicated, just stuff we’d want to eat ourselves. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s an event at the school. We've got a few regular customers who come in every day for their usual order, and it’s nice to know their names. The coffee machine can be a bit finicky sometimes, but we’ve learned how to handle its moods. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. It’s just us here in Bhayli. If you’re passing by the school, you’ll probably see our sign out front. We keep the chairs arranged and the tables wiped down, trying to make it a decent place to spend half an hour. It’s a simple life running a cafe.
