We’ve been running Bhavya Tours from this ground floor spot on R C Dutt Road for some time. Alkapuri is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street coming in through the door. It’s just how it is here in Vadodara. Our day usually starts with opening up the shutters and checking what messages came in overnight. We handle travel bookings for people who want to go away for a bit. It involves a lot of looking at screens and talking on the phone. We don't have a big corporate setup, just some desks and chairs where we can talk to whoever walks in. Sometimes things get hectic when everyone wants to travel at the same time, like during school breaks. We just try to stay organized. We deal with the paperwork, the tickets, and all those small details that come with travel. It’s mostly about making sure the dates match up and the prices aren't too high for what people want. Sometimes the internet is slow or a booking system glitches, and we just have to wait it out. We know the regulars around here. Being in this part of Alkapuri means we are right in the middle of everything. We keep it straightforward. No big speeches, just help with trips. If you come by, you’ll probably see us buried in some paperwork or chatting with a neighbor. We just do our work and go home at the end of the day.
