My name is Bharat Kumar Patel. My business is located in Pratap Nagar, right inside the Doddanna Industrial Estate. We are in the Lohkandwala Building. If you are driving by, you just have to look for the Vihar Cinema because we are directly opposite it. Being in an industrial estate means there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. Trucks are coming in and out all day long. It is a very practical place to work. I’ve been here for quite a few years and I’ve seen many businesses come and go in the estate. The Lohkandwala Building is a solid structure, though it has some wear and tear from the years. It suits the kind of work I do. I don't need a fancy showroom or a shiny reception area. My office is where the actual work happens. I have my tools and my records all within reach. I know many of the other owners in Pratap Nagar. We often see each other at the local tea stalls or during the lunch hour. It’s a good environment for someone like me who just wants to get things done without any fuss. The cinema across the street is a good landmark for people who haven't visited before. Traffic can be a bit heavy during movie times, but that is just part of the local charm. I am here most days, just keeping things moving along as they should.
