Bharat Desai is situated over on Waghodia Road at B 45. If you are coming from the main part of town, we are right near Parivar Char Rasta. That intersection is always a bit of a mess with traffic and people moving in every direction, but it makes the area feel alive. Our place is easy to find if you know the landmarks. We spend a lot of time here just keeping up with the day-to-day tasks. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place that does its job. Inside B 45, it’s mostly just us and the tools of the trade. We’ve got a lot of history on this road. You see the same faces walking by every day, going to the market or heading home. It gets dusty sometimes because of all the construction and the vehicles on Waghodia Road, but you get used to that after a week or two. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We’d rather just focus on what’s in front of us. The Parivar Char Rasta area is a good spot for a business like ours because everyone knows where it is. It’s a landmark for the whole neighborhood. We keep the door open when the weather allows, and you can hear the sounds of the street while we work. It’s a very local way of doing things, nothing like those big corporate offices downtown. It’s just a simple, practical space where we can get through the daily pile of work.
