Bearing Mfg. Company

We are located at 11, G.I.D.C. Makarpura. Our name is pretty straightforward, Bearing Mfg. Company, because that’s exactly what we do. We make bearings. It’s a precision job, even if the workshop looks a bit cluttered sometimes. We have these old grinders and lathes that have been with us since the start. They still work fine as long as we oil them. Makarpura is a huge industrial estate, and we’re just in one of the smaller units. You can smell the grease as soon as you step inside. We have rows of steel rods waiting to be cut and shaped. It’s mostly manual labor and watching the gauges. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. If someone needs bearings, they usually know someone who knows us. We’ve got a small office at the front with a couple of desks and a lot of ledgers for record keeping. Most of our day is spent making sure the sizes are right. If a bearing is off by even a tiny bit, it’s useless to the customer. So we spend a lot of time measuring things. It’s quiet work in a way, despite the hum of the motors. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused through the afternoon. It’s just a group of us trying to do the work right and get it out the door. We aren't a big corporation, just a local manufacturer making parts that people need for their machines.
