Our shop is in the Krishna Park Shopping Center, right across from Bapod Talav on Waghodia Road. It is a good spot because we can see the water from nearby, though the traffic on the main road is usually quite heavy. We are at number 21. It’s a regular shopping center vibe, with people coming and going all day. We deal with various items and handle the daily needs of people who stop by. The office isn't very large. We have a counter and some shelves. We spend a lot of time talking to customers and answering their questions. Sometimes it gets crowded in the small space, especially on weekends. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. Most people find out about us because they were passing by the lake or they live in the neighborhood. We keep things pretty simple. There is a lot of paperwork to keep track of, which we do at the back desk. The lights in the shopping center can be a bit dim in the evenings, but we stay open until the work is done. We know the other shop owners around here, so we often chat during the slow hours. It is a very local way of doing business. We just try to stay organized and help out whoever walks through the door.
