We’ve been tucked away here near the Bhaili Railway Station for quite a few years now. If you head down Padra Road and look for the Bil area, that’s where you’ll find our gates. It’s not the quietest spot with the trains passing by and the trucks coming in, but we got used to the noise a long time ago. Most of the folks working here have been with us since the early days, so we all know the routine pretty well by now. We spend most of our time out on the floor making sure the radiators and gaskets are getting built right. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get through the day's orders. We aren’t really the type of people to sit behind desks and write long reports. We’d rather be looking at the machines or checking the inventory in the back. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it a bit of a headache for the delivery drivers, but we manage to get everything loaded up eventually. People around here know the Banco name mostly because we’ve been a fixture in this part of Bil for so long. There’s no fancy lobby or anything like that when you walk in, just the smell of metal and the sound of work being done. It’s a simple way to make a living and we just keep at it day after day.
