We’re located in Bil, right near the Bhaili Railway Station on Padra Road. You can hear the trains going by pretty often, which is something you just get used to after a while. We do a lot of work with engine parts and cooling systems. It’s a big site, but it feels like a regular workplace once you’re inside. There’s a lot of machinery and people moving things around on pallets. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and we’re a big part of the local area near the station. It isn't a quiet office job. It’s a place where things are actually being made. We have a lot of different departments, but everyone pretty much knows each other. Padra Road is a busy stretch, so there’s always something happening outside our gates. We don't really go for those modern office trends. We have desks that have been here for years and workshops that have seen a lot of use. It’s about getting the parts right so they don't fail when they’re put into an engine. We spend a lot of time checking measurements. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time. If you’re ever near Bhaili station, you’ll see our buildings. We’re just there doing our work, same as any other day. It’s not about making a big fuss, just about making parts that work and getting them delivered on time.
