Balvirsingh J Gill

Our office is located at 22 Makarpura, specifically in the basement of the Indraprasth Shopping Centre on S V Road. We are right opposite the Sussen area, which is a busy part of town. Being in the basement has its pros and cons, but it definitely keeps the temperature down when it’s hot outside. Balvirsingh J Gill is usually the first one in, and the rest of us trickle in soon after. The office space is fairly simple, with some functional desks and chairs and a lot of storage for all the documents we have to keep. It can get a bit stuffy if we don't keep the door open, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have any fancy signs or neon lights to attract people. Most of our visitors come to us because they already know where we are or they’ve been told how to find us in the shopping centre. We spend our days mostly working on the computers and talking to people who drop in with questions. There is no corporate vibe here at all. It’s just a group of people working together in a small basement unit. We have a small corner where we keep a few snacks and a kettle for making tea. It’s a modest way to work, but it suits us and the kind of tasks we handle. We aren't trying to impress anyone; we’re just here to do our jobs every day.
