You can find us over at Bal Highway Trailor Service. We are located on the Dumad Magarpatta Road, right near Hadapsar and close to Dhara Petroleum. Being out near the highway means we see a lot of heavy traffic and big trailers all day long. It’s a dusty spot, but that’s just how it is when you’re working with large vehicles and heavy roads. We spend most of our time outside or in the shed, dealing with the trailers and making sure they are fit for the road ahead. The sound of the highway is like background music for us. It never really stops. We get a lot of drivers pulling in because they know we are near the petrol pump and easy to reach. It’s a simple operation. We don’t have a fancy waiting room or air conditioning. Most of the guys just sit on a bench and have a cup of tea while they wait for their trailers to be looked at. We’ve been doing this for a long time, so we know these roads and the vehicles that travel on them pretty well. The weather can be tough when you’re working outside, whether it’s the pouring rain or the direct sun, but the work has to get done regardless. We just keep our tools ready and handle whatever comes down the road. It’s a basic, honest way to make a living, and we’re fine with the noise and the grease.
