You can find us at Shriramway Plaza, right in the middle of Dandia Bazar and Zaveri Bazar. It’s a spot that’s always crowded with shoppers and merchants, so there’s never a quiet moment outside our window. We’ve been operating here as B R Pancholi & Company for a good number of years. Our office isn't anything special to look at—just a few desks, some sturdy filing cabinets, and a lot of paper everywhere. We handle mostly accounting and financial paperwork for the local businesses nearby. The jewelers from Zaveri Bazar often drop in with their ledgers, and we spend a lot of time going through the numbers. It’s a lot of sitting and focusing, which can be tiring, but it’s what we do. We don’t have a big corporate hierarchy or anything like that. We just talk to people plainly and try to explain things in a way that makes sense. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, or the internet acts up, but we always manage to catch up on the work eventually. We aren't interested in being the biggest firm in Vadodara. We just want to keep our current clients happy and make sure their filings are done on time. It’s a practical business run by real people who understand the daily grind. We like the hustle of the bazaar and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else.
