B I Chavda

I have been running things from D 189 in Manjalpur for a long time now. My name is B I Chavda and this is my place. It’s situated on the 4th Main in Hongasandra, tucked right behind the Manjalpur Township One buildings. If you are familiar with the area, you know it’s a fairly busy spot but my corner stays relatively quiet. I started this because I wanted a space of my own to work. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical spot where I can focus on the tasks at hand. Most mornings I arrive early to beat the heat and get a head start on the paperwork. The neighborhood has seen a lot of growth since I first moved in. I remember when there were fewer houses around here. Now it is a bustling community. I usually handle everything myself or with a bit of help when things get really backed up. My desk is often covered in notes and files because I prefer physical copies over digital ones. It feels more secure that way, I guess. People from the township often drop by to ask questions or just to check in. I don’t use any big marketing tricks. I just rely on the fact that I’ve been here for years and people know my name. It is a simple way to live and work. I try to get things done without too much fuss. It works out okay.
