B F Modi & Associates is located in the Nizampura neighborhood, specifically in Nehru Nagar. Our office is part of the J P Enterprises area and sits right opposite the Azad Weigh Bridge. Being near the weigh bridge is actually quite useful because it is a landmark that everyone nearby knows. We are also not too far from Ayush Hospital. The street outside is usually busy with trucks and people going about their business. Inside, our office is just a plain room where we handle our daily work. There is no corporate polish here. We have our desks, our computers, and the usual paperwork that comes with being an associate firm. It is an honest kind of place to work. We show up in the morning and stay until the work is done. It can be a little loud sometimes with the activity at the weigh bridge, but we have lived with it for so long that we barely notice it anymore.
