You can find us at 301 in the Padmavati Complex. It is right on BPC Road in Akota, which is a fairly busy area of town. The complex has a lot of different offices, so there are always people coming and going. We are on the third floor. The stairs can be a bit of a climb if the power is out, but usually, the lift works fine. Inside, it is mostly just desks and a small area for tea. We spend most of our day dealing with suppliers and looking at spreadsheets. Avani Petrochem has been in this unit for several years. The Srinagar Soc. area is quite nice, actually. It has got a bit of greenery around if you look out the back windows. We keep our office pretty tidy, though there are always stacks of papers that need filing. It is not the biggest space, but it is enough for our small team to get the work done. We do not go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to stay productive. Sometimes it gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going full blast. Working in Akota is handy because most of our contacts are nearby. We just go about our business day by day. If someone drops in, we usually have time for a quick chat, though we are mostly focused on the tasks at hand. It is a basic, honest way to run a company.
