Auto Light Batteries

Down here at number 9 on the road connecting Waghodia and Sinhagad, you’ll find our little battery shop. Auto Light Batteries is a name most locals have seen at least once. We handle all kinds of batteries, mostly for cars and small vehicles. It's a messy business sometimes, with acid and lead around, so we try to keep things as clean as possible. The shop isn't very large, but we stack the inventory high to make room. It’s often just one or two of us here during the day. We listen to the radio and wait for customers to drop by with their dead batteries. It's rewarding when we can get someone's car started again. The traffic on Waghodia Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, but we’re used to it. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The building is simple and doesn't have much in the way of signs, but people find us through word of mouth. We don't have any big sales pitches. If a battery is dead, we tell you. If it can be charged, we do that. It’s honest work and keeps us busy. Sometimes we have a chat with the guy from the tea stall next door while we wait for a customer. That’s basically how our days go. No big corporate meetings, just batteries and local talk in our little corner of the street.
