Asoj Soft Caps Pvt Ltd is located right out in Village Asoj. If you’re driving on the Baroda-Halol Highway, you’ll pass us. It’s a bit of a trek from the main city, but it's quieter out here, except for the trucks going by. Our building is pretty functional. Inside, we have the machines for making the soft capsules. It’s a specific kind of work that requires keeping things clean and organized, though the floor always seems to have something going on. We have workers coming in from the nearby villages and some from the city. The highway can be a bit dangerous with all the fast traffic, so we tell everyone to be careful. We aren't a big corporate entity with a polished image. We’re just a factory on the side of the road. Most days involve checking the batches and making sure the machinery is running like it should. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the day fixing it. That’s just part of the life here. The office area is small and usually filled with production logs and samples. It’s not a place for fancy meetings. We just do our work and head home when the shift is over. There's a local dhaba nearby where we grab lunch. It's a simple life out here in Asoj, focused on the manufacturing we do.
