Asia Packaging

Our place is right in the Gorwa Bidc Industrial Estate at 4/8, which is a busy spot to be. We are located right beside Kaptab Pharmaceuticals on Alembic Road, so there are always a lot of big trucks and people moving around outside. Asia Packaging has been running from this unit for quite some time now. It’s not a fancy setup, just a typical industrial workspace with high ceilings and a lot of noise when the machines are going. The air usually smells a bit like plastic and paper, depending on what we are working on that day. We have a small group of workers who show up early to get the lines started. It gets pretty hot inside during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay busy. Most of our day is spent making sure the orders are packed up and ready to be picked up. We don't really have a front desk or a receptionist; if someone comes by, they usually just walk into the main floor and find one of us. It’s a practical way of doing things. We’ve seen a lot of businesses in this estate come and go, but we just keep doing our thing. The floors have some stains and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it’s a place where work gets done every day without much fuss or any corporate nonsense.
