We are located at 431 in the GIDC Industrial Estate over in Waghodia. If you’ve ever been to a GIDC estate, you know exactly what it’s like. There are factories and sheds everywhere, and the roads aren't always in the best shape, especially after it rains. Ashish Coating Technologies Pvt. Ltd. fits right in with the rest of the businesses here. Our building is just a plain structure made of concrete and some corrugated metal sheets. Inside, it smells a bit like chemicals and machinery, which is just part of the job. We have a small office section partitioned off from the main work area, but the sound of the machines still carries through the walls. It’s definitely not a quiet place to work. We have a few metal desks and some old calendars on the walls. The tea lady comes by twice a day, and that’s usually when everyone takes a five-minute break to catch up. Waghodia is a bit of a drive from the main city, so most of us pack our own lunches. There’s a lot of dust because of all the construction and trucks in the estate. We don't worry about having a polished look; we just care about getting the coating work finished. It’s a hardworking environment here at Ashish Coating Technologies Pvt. Ltd., and we’re fine with that. It's a solid place to be.
