You’ll find Arvind Pipe & Fitting Industries Pvt. Ltd. at Plot No. 657 in the G.I.D.C. area of Vadodara. It’s a large industrial zone, and our plot is right in the thick of it. We spend most of our time dealing with pipes, valves, and all the bits that connect them. The yard is usually stacked high with inventory, and it can be a bit of a maze if you don't know your way around. Our office is a functional building on-site where we handle the orders and talk to the engineers. It isn't particularly pretty, but it works for us. We have a lot of long-term employees who have been through the ups and downs of the industry together. We don't really go for the whole corporate branding thing. We’d rather just make sure the threads on the fittings are cut correctly. There’s a lot of loading and unloading going on throughout the day. The heat in Vadodara can get pretty intense, so we try to get the heavy work done early in the morning. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to make sure the customers get the right parts for their projects. It’s a lot of inventory management and making sure the quality holds up under pressure. We just come in, do our shifts, and keep the supply chain moving as best we can.
