Arise Architect

We have been working as Arise Architect here in Vadodara 1 for quite some time back. It is just a small place where we spend most of our daylight hours looking at drawings and talking about where walls should go. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers everywhere, but that is how we work. Traffic sounds come in from the main road, and sometimes it gets pretty loud if the windows are open. We have been in this spot for a while now. Most days it is just about getting the lines right on the paper and making sure the measurements don’t have mistakes. This isn't always exciting, yet it is what we do. We drink a lot of tea while we look at site plans. If the computer acts up, or the printer runs out of ink right when we need it, we just deal with it. People from the neighborhood drop by sometimes just to ask questions about their own houses. A fancy lobby isn't something we have here. It’s just a workspace with some desks and a few chairs for visitors. The walls look a bit plain, but some old project photos are pinned up. Because of how much time we spend here, it feels like a second home. Every morning starts the same way, opening the shutters and letting the light in. We just keep busy with the work at hand and try to stay on top of the pile.
