Anurag Crane

You can find us at Shop No.555 on Tarsal Road, right near the Maneja Crossing in Manjusar. It's a spot where a lot of heavy trucks pass by every single day. Anurag Crane is basically just a few of us and our lifting equipment. We spend a lot of time waiting for the phone to ring and then heading out to move something heavy for a client. The yard gets pretty hot in the summer, and there isn't much shade around the crossing. We’ve had this shop for a while and it’s full of old cables, hooks, and wooden logs. It's not a corporate setup at all, just a practical place to run a crane business. Most of our work is around the local factories and the various construction sites nearby. Moving heavy stuff is dangerous, so we have to be careful, even if we look a bit rough around the edges in our work clothes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything; we just know the roads around Manjusar well and where the cranes can fit. Sometimes the machines need a lot of maintenance, and that takes up our weekends. It’s a lot of oil and heavy metal work. We just try to be reliable so people keep calling us back when they have a big load to lift. It’s a simple living but it keeps us on our toes all year round.
