We are based at House No 205 in the Madan Complex, which sits right on Gujri Road. It’s a pretty busy spot and things can get a little loud with all the traffic passing by throughout the day. We’ve been operating out of this same space for quite a while now. It isn't a large corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular room where we keep our files and meet with people who need our help. My brother and I usually handle everything ourselves. Sometimes the desk gets buried under papers and the phone won't stop ringing, but we manage to get through the pile by evening. Most of the people who come in are locals from the neighborhood who have known us for years. We don't spend time on fancy marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just open up the shutters in the morning and see what the day brings. Sometimes we sit outside on the steps when it’s quiet to grab a quick tea from the vendor across the street. Gujri Road has changed a lot since we first started, but Madan Complex still feels the same. We know the other shopkeepers around here and we all look out for each other. If you’re looking for us, just look for the sign near the main entrance. We don't have any big corporate goals, just keeping the business running and being fair to the people who walk through our door.
