Since we are close to a school, there is always a lot of movement outside, which we enjoy. Our office is a straightforward building. We don't have any of those modern glass walls or minimalist designs. It’s just a place with desks, chairs, and all the equipment we need for our electronics work. We have been in Baroda for many years. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time too. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. Everyone knows what they have to do and they just do it. Amtech Electronics India Ltd is a name people recognize around here. We don't spend much time on promotion. We’d rather just focus on the technical details of our projects. The office can get a bit loud when everyone is busy, but it’s a good kind of busy. Vasna Road is a familiar place for all of us. We like the local shops and the atmosphere of Balmukund Park. It’s a comfortable place to work. We aren't trying to look bigger than we are.
