Alembic Glass Industries Limited

Our place is in the Alembic Administration Building. It's an old spot on Alembic Road, and honestly, the road was named after what goes on here. Glass making has a lot of history in this area. We’ve been sitting in these offices for a long time. The building has that old-school feel to it, with thick walls and high ceilings that keep things a bit cooler. Outside, the trucks are always coming and going. Making glass products involves a lot of heat and heavy work, though the administration side is a bit quieter. We spend most of our time looking over schedules and making sure the glass gets to where it’s supposed to be. It’s a big site, so walking from one end to the other takes a minute. You can tell the history of the place just by looking at the brickwork. It isn't a modern glass-and-steel skyscraper, just a solid building that’s seen decades of work. People in the neighborhood know the name well because we’ve been part of the landscape for so long. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, and other times we’re just waiting on a shipment. It’s steady work. We don't change things much around here if they still work. The office feels lived-in, and that's how we like it. There is always a layer of dust from the road, but that is part of being in an industrial heartland.
