Akshar Precision Tubes Pvt. Ltd. sits on Chhani Road inside the Baroda Co-Operative Industrial Estate. We occupy units 38 through 41. It’s a busy industrial park, and there is always a truck or a forklift moving somewhere nearby. Our place is full of metal and the smell of oil, which is pretty standard for making tubes. We focus on the precision side of things, so we spend a lot of time with calipers and measuring tools. If the diameter is off by even a tiny bit, the whole batch is no good, so we have to be careful. The office is just a small corner partitioned off from the workshop where we keep the records. It gets a bit loud when the machines are all running at once, but that’s just how it is. We aren't corporate people; we’re mostly technicians and floor workers who know how to handle steel. We’ve been at this location for years, and we know all the neighbors in the estate. Most of the staff has been here since the start. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk it out on the floor. It’s a very hands-on environment. We take pride in the fact that our tubes are straight and the walls are the right thickness. It’s simple work, but it needs to be done right every single time.
